With over 15 years of experience in education and career counselling, I have had the privilege of guiding thousands of students toward academic and professional success. As the founder of Emerald Solution, I have worked closely with schools and colleges, helping students make informed career decisions based on scientific assessments and individual strengths.

My association with the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) as a Resource Person has enabled me to conduct numerous teacher training programs, with a strong focus on aligning classroom practices with the objectives of the National Education Policy (NEP) 2020. These initiatives have empowered educators to better support students in an ever-evolving academic and professional landscape.

Through AI-based psychometric tools and personalised one-to-one guidance, I strive to help individuals uncover their true potential and choose career paths that are not only successful but also fulfilling. Whether it is a student uncertain about their future or a teacher seeking to enhance their skills, I believe in creating clarity, confidence, and direction.
